What we understood from our conversation
You're looking for a straightforward, good-looking online store — one where your customers can browse and buy comfortably, and where you can run the back end of the business without needing to call us for every small thing.
That means a store that takes payments smoothly, an admin panel where you can manage your products, see your orders as they come in, keep track of what's in stock, and get a quick picture of how sales are going — all in one place, built specifically for how your boutique works.

A beautiful, mobile-friendly website where customers can browse your collections and shop — designed to reflect your boutique's look and feel, not a generic template.
Secure payments
Customers pay directly on your site using UPI, cards, or net banking. Payments are processed securely and the money settles straight into your account.
Product management
Add new pieces, update prices and descriptions, or take something off the site — all yourself, in a few clicks, with no need to contact us for routine updates.
Order management
Every order lands in one clear view the moment it's placed. Update its status as you pack and ship, so you always know what stage each order is at.
Stock tracking
See exactly what's in stock and what's running low, so you never accidentally sell something you don't have.
Sales summary
A simple dashboard showing how your store is doing — orders, revenue, and your best-selling pieces — at a glance, whenever you want to check.
Staff accounts
Give your team members their own secure logins with the right level of access, so more than one person can help run the store without sharing a single password.
Customer accounts
Your customers can create their own accounts to check out faster, track their orders, and see their past purchases when they return.

Simple, milestone-based pricing
Rather than one lump payment, we split this into three simple stages — so you only pay for what's already been delivered, and always know what each payment is for. No payment is collected until a signed agreement is in place between us, so everything here is confirmed in writing before any money changes hands.

This amount covers design, development, the admin panel, and payment integration. Your domain name is on us — free for the first year. Hosting and the small per-transaction charges from the payment gateway are billed separately, directly by those providers — we'll guide you through choosing them.
A rough timeline
What's covered after each stage
Revisions
Two free rounds of revisions are included at each milestone, so you can ask for changes as we go without any extra cost. Once your store is delivered, you get one more free revision. After that, any further changes are billed at our standard rates.
Bug fixes
If anything breaks or misbehaves after launch — a bug, an error, anything not working as it should — we'll fix it free of charge, within 24 hours of you letting us know.
